⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a great stay! The rooms are incredibly spacious and, most importantly, extremely clean. I accidentally spilled a little water on the floor and used a white towel to wipe it up—and there wasn’t a single stain or mark on the towel. That alone impressed me! I never quite figured out how to use the phone in the room, but honestly, I didn’t need it. From the moment I completed my registration, the hotel stayed in constant contact with me by text. Every question and request I had was handled quickly and conveniently right through text messaging. The value was also outstanding. I had stayed at another hotel only about 15 minutes away and paid nearly three times as much for essentially the same amenities. Spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, great communication, and an excellent value—I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. An outstanding experience from start to finish! After having a very disappointing check-in experience a few weeks earlier at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld, I arrived at this hotel with some concern. From the very first minute, the difference was obvious. There were three front desk agents assisting guests, and the entire check-in process was fast, organized, and professional. Within just a few minutes we had our room, exactly how a hotel check-in should be. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located on International Drive, close to Orlando’s main attractions. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was fantastic. From our room we could see several attractions and the large illuminated displays along International Drive, which looked especially beautiful at night. This experience proved that great customer service starts at check-in. Congratulations to the entire team for their organization, efficiency, and excellent hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Avanti by Wyndham on International Drive for 23 nights, and overall our experience was mixed, which is why I'm giving the hotel 3 stars. The biggest positive without question was the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always willing to go above and beyond to help. A special mention has to go to **Ivy Rose** from housekeeping. She left our room absolutely spotless every single day and always made the effort to say hello whenever she saw us around the hotel. She is a real credit to Avanti and made our stay much more enjoyable. The pool area is also a real positive. It's large, well laid out and was never difficult to find somewhere to relax. Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that prevented this from being a higher-rated stay. Our room safe stopped working early in our holiday. We reported it three separate times and still waited **11 days** for it to be replaced. We completely understood the hotel's policy that maintenance couldn't enter the room while we weren't there, so one day we stayed in the room for over **two hours** waiting for someone to arrive, but nobody ever came.
